  I live in East Texas and finding an IT place is hard. Without driving an hour to a big city. This place was in Whitehouse and after talking to her m on the phone I decided to bring in 2 of my laptops. As it turned out, Ted managed to get one fired up before I completed the paperwork. Then he explained to me about how systems do upgrades and stuff so I wouldn’t think it was broke again. It was at No Charge. My second laptop was an air book and he fixed that for me while I ran errands in town. He called and I went to pick it up. What he charged was so nice. His fee to fix my laptop was up there with what the bigger stores charged for a diagnostic. And, he had small tablets and laptops in there for sale that came with his assurances they were in proper working order. So, this guy in East Texas has a solid product and service to offer. I am really glad he is there and will definitely use him again. And again. Thank you Ted for not making me feel dumb.
